Initial Consultation

When you use MMaestrello Interiors services, you’re buying the time of a professional consultant and as you’d expect, this time is chargeable.
The initial consultation we will charge £40, where you’ll get to know the designer and understand what we can offer at our very first visit. If you decide to close the deal with us within 15 days after this consultation, you will receive back £20 of the consultation fee.
After the consultation you can choose between two different levels of services.

1.      The design

Perhaps you simply want inspiration and advice with your room. The designer will get to know you, discuss your needs and come back to you with ideas to talk through. You choose what works best and you’re then given your Design Pack containing a full design scheme for your room with a set of drawings, ideas of fabrics, furniture and colour. You can then use your scheme to transform your room yourself.
For the design plan on this level, we will charge one-off fee of £250 for a room of maximum 5X5m, which we will ask for in advance. The services included here are only the design plan with drawings, presentation board and colour scheme. Any other service or project management are not included on this service level.

This level service is not valid for kitchen and bathroom planning and any major refurbishment.

2.      The design + project co-ordination

You can take advantage of our complete, stress-free project management service. The designer will arrange to have everything done for you, from finding and co-ordinating all the carefully selected tradesmen to hanging curtains and pictures.
We will also be on hand to organise the tradesmen to produce the best possible finished job for you. We will make sure that they work to suit your needs.
The professional fee at this level will depend on your individual design scheme, the size of the project, and how long it will take. All costs will be set out clearly for your approval before anything is started, including details of any deposits and staged payments. Nothing is done without your agreement. We will organise everything, but you will be in control.

We offer you not only consultancy for paint, but an entire colour scheme with paint, fabrics, wall paper, pillows, décor objects and everything in between to complete your room in an easy way at your own pace, without wasting money and time.

Our charges

The Colour Scheme Design Pack contain a full colour scheme for your room, with paint chips, fabric swatch, wallpaper sample, pictures of furniture, accessories, pillows and rugs, carpet and flooring. You can then use your scheme to transform your room yourself. (It doesn’t include drawings)
There is a one-off fee of £200 which we will ask for in advance. Or you can choose the Interior Decorating & Design projects that offer a range of other services.
